FAQ

“What is included in your wedding videography package?”

My wedding videography packages include coverage of the ceremony, reception, and other events of the day (such as the first look, getting ready, etc.). I also provide a highlight film (a short, edited version of the wedding day), a teaser (a 1 minute sneak peek of the highlight film) and a full-length film (60-90 minutes). In addition, all of my packages include an online video gallery for easy sharing with friends and family, and external audio recording for improved sound quality. Additional services scan be added, such as a 12-15 min feature film, drone footage, extra coverage hours and raw footage. Please check my pricing page for more information on package inclusions and add-ons.

"How long will it take to receive the final wedding video?"

The turnaround time for receiving the final wedding video can vary depending on the package and additional services selected, as well as the current workload. On average, my clients receive their highlight and teaser videos within 2-4 weeks after the wedding day, and the full film (60-90 minutes) and feature film (15 minutes) within 4-8 weeks. However, I do offer a rush service for an additional fee if you need the videos sooner. Please let me know if you have any specific timeline requirements, and I will do my best to accommodate them. Keep in mind that the editing process can be time-consuming, as I want to ensure that the final video meets my high standards of quality and captures all the special moments of your day.

“How do you handle potential issues that may arise on the wedding day (e.g. bad weather, equipment malfunctions)?”

I pride myself on being prepared for any potential issues that may arise on the wedding day. I always have backup equipment on hand in case of malfunctions, and I am experienced in dealing with challenges such as bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances. If a problem does arise, I will work with you and your wedding planner to come up with a solution that ensures that your wedding video is still captured to the best of my ability. I understand that your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and I am committed to doing everything I can to make sure it is captured beautifully and memories are preserved.

"When should we book?"

It is generally recommended to book your wedding videographer as soon as possible after you have set your wedding date. This is especially important if you are planning a wedding during peak season, as popular dates and venues tend to fill up quickly. By booking early, you can ensure that you get the date and package that you want and avoid disappointment. However, I do understand that plans can change, and I am happy to work with you to adjust your booking if necessary. I recommend reaching out to me as soon as you have set your date to discuss availability and start the booking process.

"What's the booking process?"

To book my services, simply reach out to me via phone or email to express your interest. I will then send you a link to your personal booking website. On this website, you will be able to review and approve your quote, add any additional products or services that you would like, sign the online contract, and pay the booking retainer to secure your date. This process is designed to be easy and convenient, and I am here to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process. I look forward to the opportunity to document your special day

"Do you have insurance?"

"Yes, I’m fully insured. I understand that accidents can happen, and I want to make sure that my clients are protected. My insurance covers all my our equipment and crew members, as well as any third party individuals or property that may be involved in the production of your wedding video. I’m happy to provide a proof of insurance upon request. Having insurance not only gives my clients peace of mind, but it also protects me as a business and ensures that we can focus on delivering the highest quality service and product possible."
